What you may and may not do with Wolp. It applies to every Customer and is part of the Terms. This document is issued in English only; the English version is the sole and binding version.

  1. B2B only. Contact only persons in a business role at a business address. No consumers, no private addresses.
  2. Lawful basis and honesty. The Customer has a reason to contact (a relevant offer) and is solely responsible for ensuring each recipient may lawfully be contacted by e-mail under the law of the recipient's country (including any prior consent); it keeps the evidence and produces it on request. By starting a campaign the Customer confirms the list complies with points 1, 2 and 6 and applicable law. Messages must not impersonate anyone; a Wolper never presents itself as human.
  3. AI disclosure and opt-out must not be bypassed. The footer with AI disclosure and STOP is mandatory. No hiding the sender, forged headers or fake "Re:" subjects.
  4. Honour refusals. A recipient who writes STOP (or equivalent) is not contacted again. No list imports meant to bypass the suppression list.
  5. Prohibited content and sectors. Fraud, phishing, malware, illegal, deceptive or misleading content, abuse, discrimination, political campaigns, unlicensed gambling/health/financial offers, content involving children.
  6. Prohibited data sources. Purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained lists without a legal basis; special-category data. No use of the service to build or enrich lead lists, and no contacting recipients in countries Wolp has excluded.
  7. Volume and reputation. Respect the sending limits stated in the price list and tenant settings; no sending that damages domain reputation (spam complaints, bounces above threshold).
  8. No commitments without a human. A Wolper must not promise prices, contracts or legal commitments.
  9. Security. No circumventing policy, approval or limits; no misuse of connected sources.
  10. Consequences. Warning, suspension of sending or account, referral to authorities where legally required or in case of serious illegality; Wolp may stop any message that fails the policy check.
  11. Suppliers. Sending is also bound by the acceptable use rules of our providers (Resend, Google Workspace); breach may lead to immediate suspension. For Resend this chiefly means no unsolicited bulk mail, no purchased lists, no sending without opt-out, and complaint/bounce limits.
  12. Report abuse: write to abuse@wolp.ai. Outputs must not be used for decisions with legal effect on recipients.
