Information for people contacted by a Wolper

Version 1.0 · Last updated 28 October 2026

You received a message from a Wolp assistant. This page explains why, who is responsible for your data and how to make it stop. This document is issued in English only; the English version is the sole and binding version.

You received a message from a Wolp assistant that wrote it on behalf of the company named in the footer (the "Customer"). Controller: the Customer; its name, address and contact are in the message footer. Wolp is its processor (it handles your data only on the Customer's instructions); Wolp's contact: privacy@wolp.ai.

  • Data: name, business e-mail, role, company, correspondence. Source: provided by the Customer, for example the company's public website, its own CRM or an event list; Wolp does not search for contacts. On request the Customer gives details, and Wolp passes your request on to the Customer.
  • Purpose and basis: B2B outreach relating to your professional activity; the Customer's legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). The rules on sending e-mail are separate from the legal basis for processing, and the Customer ensures compliance with them. Wolp does not use the data for its own purposes, advertising or model training.
  • Recipients: the Customer and Wolp's sub-processors (hosting, e-mail, language model); US transfers under DPF/SCC.
  • Retention: as long as the outreach stays relevant; campaign messages are by default deleted 3 months after the campaign ends (the Customer sets the period). Opted-out people are kept only as a minimal (hashed) suppression entry for as long as the Customer's account exists or until the Customer orders deletion, so they are not contacted again.
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority (in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection, dataprotection.gov.sk).
  • Objection to direct marketing: you may object at any time, free of charge, to the use of your data for direct marketing; we will then stop contacting you (art. 21(2)-(3) GDPR).
  • How to opt out: reply STOP or write to privacy@wolp.ai. It is processed without undue delay and you will not be contacted again.

How requests are handled: opt-out = suppression entry; erasure = delete message content, keep a minimal/hashed suppression entry (hashed e-mail); an access/erasure request received by Wolp is forwarded to the Customer and logged.
